Our Regina office requires management support for our Electrical Services Divisions.  This is a leadership position that will report directly to the Director of Electrical and Manufacturing Operations and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing construction & contract details on multiple client projects.  Preference will be given to persons with experience in industrial, high voltage substation or utility areas and has estimating and supervisory training.

Responsibilities
-Planning & execution of projects including; scheduling manpower & equipment, purchasing materials, managing subcontractors & equipment rentals, scope control & change order management
-Ensure safe & efficient operations while meeting customer schedules & requirements
-As a leader you will supervise & develop employees on your projects to ensure that department goals & customer requirements are met
-Communication & coordination of work externally with client contacts & internally with various operating & support departments
-Maintain & grow customer relationships
-Participate in the estimating & tendering process
-Develop new business opportunities

Qualifications
-Journeyman Electrician
-15 + years experience in an industrial environment
-Experience with high voltage electrical equipment & substation construction
-Must possess strong leadership, communication, & team building skills with management experience
-Possess strong organizational skills & have the ability to plan & execute project work safely, efficiently & possibly under tight time constraints
-Valid Drivers Licence
