Summary
The House Person requires a dedicated, self-motivated and detail oriented individual who is able to work
3 hours a day Monday-Friday without supervision. This position will be responsible for shampooing carpets, washing walls, removing dirty linen from guest rooms, snow shoveling, cleaning outside sidewalks and around building, take out garbage and other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Responsibilities (abbreviated)
    Shampoo carpets (guest rooms and hallways)
    Check and fix lights
    Keeping the grounds clean and free of debris
    Provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to guests
    All other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Experience and Skills (abbreviated)
    Conduct that reflects the values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurship
    Previous experience an asset
    Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50  lbs
    Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking, standing, and reaching on a regular basis
    English, both verbal and written
    Must be able to work Monday-Friday
    Demonstrated proficiency in the following competencies: service orientation, affiliative communication. achievement oriented, adaptability, accountability, positional expertise, initiative.
