Description

One of Adecco's leading clients in Regina is looking for a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative.
This individual is responsible for acting as a point of contact and liaison between customers and the company by phone or at the branch counter.  The CSR provides and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.  The CSR represent the company on every interaction and must excel on customer service.
Job Duties:
- With enthusiasm confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide accurate information about products and services, to take orders, obtain details of complaints and present solutions and alternatives.
General Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
- Proactively follow up on quotations, customer information requests and sales orders
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Use of appropriate tools and equipment to accomplish the assigned job(s)on time
- Maximize the Sales process.

General Requirements
- Utilize time effectively to complete the expected level of work.
- Always maintain a professional demeanor, present yourself in an acceptable manner, and maintain your work environment in an organized fashion.
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
- Wiling to learn, coachable and with determination accept new challenges.

The Customer service Representative position is 80% Office work and 20% Labour.
