The New Horizon Group of Companies Corp. is seeking to engage an Executive Assistant on a part-time/casual basis (approximately 10 -20 hours per week). The major responsibilities associated with this position include:
General administrative tasks, including:
o Email and calendar management;
o Coordinating internal and external meetings and appointments; and
o Taking minutes at executive meetings;
Preparation of legal documents, including the administration of the execution process;
Assistance with the preparation of proposals;
Preparation of written quarterly reports;
Management of website content, including preparation of updates;
Maintenance of task lists and timelines for multiple projects;
Preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements and social media content; and
Carrying out market and data research for residential and commercial real estate, including preparation and compilation of surveys, telephone calls and internet research.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including:
o Advanced knowledge of Word;
o Ability to develop, maintain and edit Powerpoint presentations; and
o Ability to create spreadsheets and maintain budgets in Excel and Smart Sheet;
Demonstrated writing ability;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
Ability to solve problems; and
Ability to plan and organize.
