Description

Duties again would include but not limited to:

General office duties:
Computer use- mostly Microsoft office, SAP invoice reconciliation, Answer phones, Order office supplies, Assist with scheduling of building events, Generate shipping documents

Daily
PO Champion - requests and follow up to ensure PO's are completed
Concur for office personnel
Visitor sign in and sign out
Phone and email traffic for office
Mail from security
Ensure trucks get signed out and keys are given out and returned
Maintain SAP spreadsheet

Weekly
Update truck sign out book
Send out Outstanding PO email to requestors for PO's on list that should have arrived
Check meeting rooms for lights and projector issues
Check part shredding bin and schedule pick up
recycle bins get emptied
Check/order office supplies
Scan and send shop timesheets
Email notice to PO requestors for PO's that should have been received that week
Update weekly ECO tracking sheet
Check red  to see if it needs to be emptied and make call to get emptied


Monthly
Follow up with cleaning crew that their tasks are being completed per schedule
arrange birthday celebrations (every 2 months)
Email reminder
