To provide confidential and high-level executive support to the Dean, with emphasis on ensuring smooth functioning of the Deans Office, timely and effective follow-up of decisions, and implementation of assigned projects in support of College strategic priorities. The position acts as the first contact point for queries incoming to the Deans Office, and provides expert triage in dealing with, or referring, issues across all levels of the portfolio, within the College, campus and externally. The position provides executive support to members of the senior leadership team, faculty and staff.
