Job duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for Coordination/Implementation of Construction projects and achieving project budgets and timelines
Participate in labor requirements and Coordinate in conjunction workers to specific projects
Enter in appropriate construction software all costs against budgets. Review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Evaluation, analysis and control all tradespeople working on the aforementioned projects. Ensuring all tradespeople are completing jobs with the highest level of workmanship and that they are doing so one time where required.
Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.

One to three years of work experience in a construction industry as a coordinator/implementer
