Do you have advanced administrative skills and a desire to be a part of the action in Saskatchewan's thriving oil and gas industry? Our client, a leader in oil and gas and a reputable provider of industry expertise, is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to assist the senior management team.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare correspondence of a sometimes confidential and diverse nature.
- Complete database work, including input and maintenance.
- Answer phones and transfer inbound calls; take clear and detailed messages.
- Arrange local and international travel.
- Manage calendars, meetings and events.
- Greet visitors; represent the firm with a pleasant and welcoming demeanour.
- Accurately proof and edit senior team's correspondence in a timely manner.
- Maintain records management database and process paperwork.
- Attend meetings and record accurate minutes.
- Update promotional materials and presentation documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies; track and reorder.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- General office duties as they arise.
Education & Experience:
- Office education/training required. Degree or diploma a definite asset.
- 5+ years EA experience; oil and gas industry a definite asset.
Personality / Desired attributes:
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Excellent time management
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity and creativity able to think on your feet
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and follow-up on active projects
