We are in search of motivated, career minded individuals for the following opportunity in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Business Development Associate

Our Business Development Associates are integral to our team, providing customers with the virtual feel of quality face to face service.  Business Development Associates respond to all online and phone inquiries as well as qualify and arrange sales appointments for our dealership group.  This includes on-line lead management and follow-up, and providing up-to-date inventory and other information to clients daily.

This role requires:  
- One to two years customer service experience
- Call center experience is a significant asset
- Grade twelve diploma or equivalent is a requirement
- Post secondary diploma or certificate preferred
- Communication, Marketing or related courses is an asset
- Solid communication, interpersonal skills, superior written and telephone etiquette is a requirement
- A resourceful problem solver
- Proficiency with computers and ability to adapt to new technology is a requirement
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, time and priority management are necessary for success
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment; adapt to change and work under pressure
- Love of automobiles is a definite asset!!
