Description

Reporting to the Business Process Improvement Manager, this position is responsible for:
Help define project plans, development of communication documents and project charters including project scope, goals, deliverables, success measures, and work breakdown structures.
Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
Participate in meetings with business and technical leads; development of work estimates.
Participate in the organization and facilitation of project team meetings.
Participate in maintaining project documentation including chedules; ensure necessary processes and procedures are implemented to support and achieve project success.
Maintain working knowledge of corporate goals and strategic plans.
Monitor project expectations and report status to supervisor.
Knowledge and skills required: enrolment in a post-secondary business program. The candidate must be returning to school in the fall. Other qualifications include:
Knowledge of project management fundamentals and best practices.
Demonstrates integrity with a focus on service excellence and innovation.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with all individuals.
Good leadership and team building skills; fosters team cooperation.
Excellent computer skills, including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
Proven ability to conduct project research.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize work demands with tight deadlines.
The successful candidate must present a work ethic supporting our corporate values and Saskatchewan agriculture and should the successful candidate participate in the Crop Insurance or AgriStability Programs, their account must be in good standing.
