Description

Our Regina office is seeking a customer service driven Lottery Clerk to support our Lottery Practice.

The successful individual would be required on a contract short term basis with variable hours (between 20hrs to 37.5hrs/week) from February 23rd to April 30th, 2015.


As a Lottery Clerk you will:
Receive and reconcile shipments with request forms and payments from multiple locations
Organize and reconcile shipments (reconciling sales to control sheets, reconciling sales to banking)
Handle money
Scan documents
Prepare bank deposits


A qualified candidate will have the following:
Minimum two years experience in a professional environment
Moderate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Proven editing and proof-reading skills; focused on accuracy and attention to detail
Anticipatory approach to managing day-to-day requirements (ability to anticipate issues, decisions required and plan accordingly)
Excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrated confidence in dealing directly with colleagues at all levels
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in an environment of frequent interruptions
Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to multiple requests
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Ability to work independently

Technical skills:
Maintain high level of accuracy, detail and quality in a fast-paced environment
Proven editing and proof reading skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat and other technology tools
Flexibility  occasional overtime may be required
