This full-time position will provide or arrange for administrative support for various Managers at Midtown Plaza. The candidate must be detail oriented, proactive and should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, which requires a strong team-player approach.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
Post secondary Business education;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Simply Accounting and Desktop Publishing)
Familiar with MRI Accounting Software
3 - 5 Years related work experience, preferably in commercial property management
Basic bookkeeping and record keeping skills
Well developed time management and organization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be self-motivated, diplomatic and able to prioritize multiple projects
Customer service oriented
LEGAL DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE AN ASSET
Must provide clear criminal clearance certificate
