Are you interested in working in the real estate industry?  If you enjoy a fast paced, dynamic sales environment, then this job may be for you.

An experienced real estate agent is looking for an energetic, professional and detail oriented client care manager.  Responsibilities will be to support the day to day operations by providing strong administration support and exceptional customer service.  Preferred candidate must be self-motivated and professional and enjoy working with multiple tasks in a changing work environment.  This position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
    Provide strong administration support to the Owner, in the areas of database management, word processing, preparation of documents and reports, handling advertising, preparing PowerPoint presentations, data entry, etc.
    Manage social media and online branding.
    Maintain realtor websites.
    Coordinate listings and sales from start to closing, virtual tours, photos, ads and feedback requests.
    Plan, order and obtain supplies for company use.
    Collect and enter data, process information and maintain accurate up to date records.
    Communicate information between realtors, clients, lawyers and the general public.
    Perform clerical, administrative and general office duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
    Highly motivated with well-developed communications and client relations skills.
    5+ years administrative experience in a fast paced professional work environment.  Related experience with real estate or legal industries is an asset.
    Self-starter who shows initiative and is able to work with minimum supervision.
    Strong attention to detail and good with numbers.
    Strong time management skills; committed to accuracy, attention to detail and meeting required deadlines.
    Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database programs and social media avenues.  Ability to learn new programs.
