Operating since 1972 Wallace Construction Specialties Ltd. is an established building material distributor. We are currently seeking a receptionist for our Regina location. The position would be permanent part time working Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 3:00.
Flexibility in these hours could be made for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Direct calls to the appropriate area
Process mail and prepare couriers
Receive and sort mail
Miscellaneous clerical duties as required
Preparing deposits as required
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Experience in using a multi-line switchboard
Keyboarding skills required, preferably MS Office
Previous experience in an office environment
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Must have/supply:
Security check
