Description

Greggs Home Services is looking for a dynamic individual to work full time as an assistant to our outside sales team.  This individual is responsible for taking incoming customer inquiries relating to estimates, following up and confirming appointments, and ensuring that our home comfort team is meeting all our clients expectations.  The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and have experience with out-bound phone calls.  This is a Monday  Friday position, 8am  4:30pm.  Experience in sales an asset, however not required.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for taking inbound calls from potential and current clients regarding inquiries related to our products
Educate homeowners on products and service offerings and make recommendations based on their needs
Follow up with customers after proposals have been provided to answer any outstanding questions and schedule additional visits
Assist customers by responding to emails and walking them through our website
Respond to web-site inquiries and forward relevant emails received via web-site to appropriate department
Schedule HCA appointments
Complete the Replacement Opportunity Form
Track all leads, call origin, and closing ratios
Maintain daily sales performance tracking
Update goal boards
Conduct follow calls to clients who recently had service/maintenance performed to ensure we met their expectations
Provide back up for the call centre
Data entry as required regarding time sheets
Participate in all company sponsored training classes
