Experience Requirements:
1 + years of leadership experience in a retail environment

Education:
Completion of high school or equivalent

Languages:
Speak English, Read English, Write English

Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Currency counting machine, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet browser.

Job Functions:
Conduct financial transactions for clients, Balance daily transactions, Change foreign currency, Promote financial products and services, Provide information to clients

Security and Safety:
Criminal record check (abstract), Credit check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment within an office setting

Essential Skills:
Numeracy, Excellent Communication Skills(Oral and Written), Problem Solving, Decision making, Critical Thinking, Planning and Organization Skills, MS Office Skills,

Job Purpose:

Achieves store revenue, sales and customer service goals by planning and coordinating store services and operations; developing and managing staff.
