Adecco, the leader in HR solutions; is currently recruiting for an experienced Mine Maintenance Administrator to work onsite in Vanscoy, SK on an ongoing contract. The Mine Administrator will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks for the maintenance department including daily data entry. The Administrator should be friendly and professional with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient with database software and possess a strong knowledge with Microsoft office (excel, word). In this position you will work 9 hour days, Mon-Fri with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities for the Mine Administrator will include;
- Filing, scanning and data entry into the database
- Maintenance crew time collection and entry
- Complete various audits (mobile equipment inspection sheets, stock sign out)
- Weekly reporting
Qualifications include;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook at the advanced level are a must
- Data Entry experience, attention to detail
- Three to Five years experience as an administrator
- Proven communication skills
- Working knowledge of database software
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
- Able to travel to and from Site
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of VPO maintenance practices, roles of specific trades, and SAP is an asset
