We are a full line immigration services office who provides Authorized immigration counseling and specializes with immigration application filing to the provincial or federal government.
We are currently looking for a permanent part time (may lead to full time) Office Administration Assistant.
Qualification,Skills and Duties Requirements:
- Candidate should at least have some completion of office administration or business
administration education.
- Proficiency with the use of the Quick Books 2014 program is strictly required
- Must have knowledge with all business administration responsibilities such as
reception, payment reception, general accounting duties such as payment processing,
payroll, bank accounts reconciliation,invoicing,client fee collections,office supplies purchasing
typing duties, and other office duties as required.
- Must have English proficiency- speaking, reading, writing and listening.
- Knowledge with other language is an asset but not mandatory
- Understanding of multi-cultural/diverse environment or community is mandatory
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point,
Paint and Outlook) and other office setting equipment such as scanner, printer, fax, etc.
- Respect for highly confidential information is required
- Professionalism, friendliness,reliability, organizational and project management skills are required
- Must be motivated,focus and energetic and has the ability to work efficiently independently or in a team environment
- Must have strong communication skills as the job may involve communication with the client, authorities and other agencies.
- Must be willing to assist with any typing duties in the office.
- Can adhere to the office workplace policy
Work Experience
- At least one- year of work experience in the office administration field with proficiency in
Quick books 2014 program and other related small business administration duties.
