Reporting to the Site Training Manager, the Mine Training Coordinator is responsible for development and administration of all phases of the Companys mine training programs, in order to maintain and improve on maintenance, production and supervisory skills and abilities.
Candidates must have knowledge of the mine processes. Strong skills in organization and communication are essential. The candidate must also have demonstrated leadership in the area of safety due to the amount of training that involves safety. The incumbent must have a valid supervisor ticket.
The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
