Our customer is currently recruiting for a permanent full-time pump and service mechanic to be employed at their shop in Saskatoon, SK, Canada.

Related experience would be an asset or at least an equivalent of experience and education. There will be training involved but the ideal candidate should have a background or familiarity with a shop environment, and being a mechanic in that environment.

The main responsibilities would be:

- troubleshoot and repair mechanical pumps of all varieties
- maintenance inspections and field service calls
- testing and diagnostics on pumps
- other shop duties as the job requires
- some travel to other sites outside of the city in the summer may be required

The qualified candidate would be one with the following skills:

- very mechanically inclined
- eager to learn
- familiar with a shop environment
- previous experience in the industry
- able to use a variety of hand tools and equipment as needed
