Description

Parkland Welding and Machine Ltd. as a growing hydraulic cylinder manufacturer we have an immediate opening for a CNC Lathe Programmer.

Duties:
  * Program CNC Lathe controllers to machine parts to specified tolerances.
  * Inspect & measure parts to insure quality.
  * Do daily maintenance & cleaning of equipment & tools.
  * Should be able & will be asked to carry out other duties in the production process of hydraulic cyliinders.


Qualifications:
  * Must be able to program CNC Lathes.
  * Must have skills/knowledge of machining.  
  * Must be able to read blue prints & shop drawings to manufacture parts to specifications  required and use measuring tools.
  * Some heavy lift is invovled.
  * Must have good communication skills and be able to work with others in a team environment.
  * MUST be willing to work overtime, evenings, night shift, and shift work.
