We are accepting applications for the 2015 cropping season - from April through October. We have up to 8 positions available.
Duties will vary depending on the time period - and will include operation of agriculture equipment such as a sprayer, heavy harrow, cultivator, swather, grain cart, and other miscellaneous equipment.
Possberg Grain Farms / Parkland Ventures is located 12 miles north of Humboldt, SK; and all related duties will be within a 60 mile vicinity of the business headquarters.
Applicants are required to have a valid class 5 drivers licence. Preference will be given to those with a class 1A licence and experience with agriculture equipment.
Work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and month. During seeding, spraying and harvest operations, hours can range between 12-16 hours per day. Outside these times, typical hours are between 8am and 5pm - Monday through Friday.
