Job Description:
Cummins Western Canada has an immediate opening for a Service Writer to provide support to the Power Generation (PG) team at the Saskatoon branch. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the PG service department and servicer writers. Additionally this position is responsible for:
Answering phone calls and communicating with the customer in all aspects of the repair process
Assisting the Service Writers with opening and closing work orders
Assisting with coordinating techs, generating Electronic Work Orders and scheduling customer repairs and preventative maintenance
Completing NPS follow up and documentation
Assisting with the creation and entry of warranty claims and audits
Completing other duties and tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Must excel in customer satisfaction, with excellent phone manner
Able to work on a team with all departments is essential
Must possess strong interpersonal and team building skills with a strong desire to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
Must be able to effectively schedule and work under pressure
