Applicant must have minimum of two years of experience in cooking East Indian Dishes in a restaurant. Candidate should have experience and expertise in cooking with Indian Spices and flavors.
Person should be available to work evenings, day, night, weekends, shift and on call.
Some of the duties of the cook are:
Preparing menu food;
Working during lunch or dinner shift, depending on schedule;
Portion food , make special food order on guest's request;
Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions;
Work with minimal supervision;
Give instructions to kitchen helpers and other junior staff in the kitchen.
