This is a position with potential for future advancement in a dynamic, growing company.
Candidates must have excellent listening and
interpersonal skills. They must be able to
communicate accurately the information received
from customers and relay it to the service
technicians to ensure that the right repairs are
done the first time. Confidence in working with
computers and multitasking is essential. You must
be able to be efficient while still being friendly
and helpful. This position is responsible for
making customer appointments, coordinating the
smooth flow of those appointments by working
closely with staff in parts, service and the
detail bay, keeping customers informed about the
service being done on their vehicle and explaining
the work completed when the customer comes in to
pick up their vehicle.
Past work experience in a dealership is an asset
but is not required. On the job training will be
provided for the right candidate. Wage will be
based on experience.
