Duties would include:
- Computer word processing and spreadsheet
- Knowledge of QuickBooks program
- Update and ensure accuracy of organization's database
- Use of computer to prepare invoices and financial statements
- Process accounts payable and receivables
- Knowledge of cortex program
- Knowledge of ADP program
- Experience with the oilfield an asset
