Applicant must have completed secondary school and work experience of minimum two years in supervisory or management related field.
Candidate is expected to have good oral and written English skills.
Person should be able to work in weekends/shift or on call.
Some of the job duties are:
Supporting our Front Office Team and maintaining a level of professionalism according to the standards set by management.
Participates and oversees the tasks of front desk clerks.
Maintaining guest satisfaction in dealing with guest concerns.
Scheduling breaks and ensuring that the desk is covered during busy times.
Assists with training of new associates.
Balancing house inventory for day of arrival and for the weeks expected arrivals.
Adheres to and promotes all company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
