Soo Line Daycare is looking for a "Dynamic" individual that is highly motivated and an enthusiastic team player to lead staff in a rewarding early childcare career.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: maintaining staff development, education, staff and child scheduling, ensuring compliance of government laws and regulations, parental communication and involvement.
The successful applicant must have a positive attitude and a desire to work together with staff to provide positive Early childcare education and make a difference in the lives of children.
Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, flexible shifts and no weekends. We offer sick days, flex days and benefits after 6 months probation.
Requirements:
Willingness to obtain ECE classes
First Aid & CPR
Criminal Record Check
TB test
Wage is dependent on experience/education
Management skills/experience would be beneficial
