Description

Located at 22, 13 St W, Prince Albert, SK S6V3E8, Family Taxi is currently filling two (2) positions for Office Managers. Positions will be full time, located at this location in Prince Albert, SK Canada and have a starting wage of $22.00 per hour.
Office Manager (s) performs some or all of the following duties:

    Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
    Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, including drivers, Dispatchers, Simple accounting and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
    Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
    Help management in the procurement of Services and Supplies like Auto services, Parts procurement, Auto Service and material quotes from various shops and suppliers. Vehicle inspections and others as directed by management
    Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as data entry, accounts contacts, account billings, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
    Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
    Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.


Employment requirements

    Completion of secondary school is required.
    A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration will be preferred.
        Experience in related field like transportation, taxi services. Dispatch services will be an asset.
