Education
Successful completion of a 1 year diploma or certificate in a related field (Hospitality, Restaurant/Bar Management, Business, Bartending etc.) or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Successful completion of a Food Safe Certificate.
Experience
Candidates will have 3 years experience in food & beverage operations & experience assisting with recruitment, training & coaching staff while in a supervisor role.

Ability to support and engage employees to provide exceptional customer service/hospitality.

Main Duties:
This position ensures that Casino guests enjoy exceptional customer service, memorable facilities, and quality, value priced dining, by supervising front-of-house staff & activities, & by supervising the set up and execution of events held in the Casino's multi-purpose (MPR).
