We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our SaskatoonTeam.The Service Technician is responsible for providing warranty and repair work in customers homes on All Weather Windows products (windows and doors).

The Ideal Candidate will have a track record of excellent customer service, skill and proficiency with hand tools, and a positive team focused attitude. They will be able to complete simple jobs efficiently and effectively, and assist team members in more complex repairs.
Responsibilities will include:

Installation and repair of windows and doors in homes and businesses
On-site repair of product and installation of Glass and site glazing
Replacing sealed units and door slabs, making screens, adjusting windows and doors, and replacing casings
Inspecting job sites, measuring sealed units and replacing capping and caulking
Representing the company in contacts with dealers, contractors and homeowners
Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
Perform in shop service work
Performing other duties as required

Primary Qualifications Required:

Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player
Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Innovative and problem-solving skills
Mechanically inclined and able to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Position may require work beyond scheduled hours (i.e. overtime at short notice)
Travel required for overnight out of town work (approximately 2 weeks per month out of town)
