Kindersley Mainline Motors is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Service Advisor.
Description of job:
This position requires write ups of vehicles (indoors and outdoors), booking appointments, phoning customers, taking payments, opening and closing work orders, keeping customers updated of the status of their vehicle while in the shop, making quotes, calling in quotes (to customers and fleet companies), etc.
Required skills:
~Must be able to multitask
~Must be proficient with computers
~Quick learner (training is provided but most is learned hands on)
~Must have expirience with customer service
~Work with others and individually
This is a full time position Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday a month.
