Are you our next Team Member? We are currently seeking a K2 Mill Production Supervisor at our Esterhazy, SK location. The successful candidate will supervise a shift production crew to safely produce and ship quality products (potash) for Mosaic.

What will you be working on?
* Responsible for crew safety and plant security on the backshifts.
* Ensure crew training requirements are carried out and up to date.
* Make sure milling tonnage is maximized and products produced meet plant specifications. Trouble shooting Milling circuits.
* Callout operational maintenance people as required; and keep an accurate log of calls.
* Manage the operational/integrity of the tailings pile/system on the backshifts.

Position Requirements:What is required for this role?
* High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
* 5+ years of mining experience and the ability to work with people; as well as coordinate functions with other service departments.
* Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with their respective crews and with all Mill and Support personnel.
