Weyburn Credit Union has an exciting and challenging career opportunity within our Wealth Management Centre for a highly motivated financial service professional. Reporting directly to the Wealth Management Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to develop member relationships, as well as promote and sell a full range of deposit and investment products. The position works closely with other team members and specialists within the credit union to build member relationships that add value and positively contribute to the credit unions profitability and the members financial success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 - 3 years of experience within the credit union/banking/financial planning industry.  Previous experience in the investment area would be considered an asset.
- A mutual funds license is a requirement; however, Weyburn Credit Union will entertain applications from those who are willing to obtain a license within a 6 month time frame.
- Proven track record for business development including generating prospects, cultivating customer relationships, and closing sales.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality service in a demanding and competitive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have a high level of confidence and be sales, service, and goal oriented.
- Proven track record of developing strong internal and external relationships, both individually and in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous education.
