Responsibilities:
-Coordinates and supervises all on-site construction activities
-Maintains construction schedule; identifies and solves problems
Schedules inspections as   necessary                                        
-Understands the project plans, specifications, and company processes
- Instills a positive, motivated team environment where productivity, safety and client service is top of mind.                            
-Prepares, schedules, and supervises completion of a final deficiency list
-Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately                                       -Ensures that construction and maintenance activities are planned and executed in accordance with the Companys health, safety and environmental standards, construction specifications, and applicable regulations                                       -Ensures the quality of completed construction by conducting QA/QC reviews of project documentation, monitoring as-built drawings, and tracking project deficiencies through to completion.                                       -Maintains an organized job site
Qualifications:
Management/supervisory experience
Skills:
-Demonstrated mathematical, analytical, and statistical knowledge
-Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations, and OHS
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proven ability to successfully manage heavy workloads with multiple priorities                                        -Ability to work with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision

This role requires extended periods of time travelling to various projects across Western Canada.  Accommodations and meals are also provided for the projects outside of Saskatoon Area.
