Menchie's Rochdale is looking for a store manager to guide our wonderful team!  We provide a fun, dynamic, fast-paced team environment and offer flexible hours.  Starting salary is $28,000.00 + incentives/bonus potential.

We are looking for someone with the following:
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Must be reliable, organized, and able to oversee all aspects of kitchen management
-Possess a positive attitude and have exceptional ability to give positive direction to other team members
-Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
-Experience with Microsoft excel and MICROS POS an asset (but not required)
-Class 5 Drivers license and access to a vehicle
-Restaurant managerial experience an asset but not required

Duties include:
-Greeting customers and ensuring quality customer service
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
-Recruit, hire and train
-Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
-Maintain food inventory and ordering
-Scheduling of staff
-Make deposits, complete cash reports, and minor book keeping
-Apply marketing strategies
-Other duties as needed
