The Account Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining strong business relationships that are in accordance with TESC's strategic business development plans. The Account Manager will implement sales plans to effectively market TESC's construction services in a defined jurisdiction. The position requires delivering presentations to existing and potential clients, active participation in business networking opportunities and providing reports according to the information gathered such as opportunities, market trends, competition and pricing.
Responsibilities:
1. Pursue and secure new business opportunities from existing and potential clients.
2. Finalize new business agreements by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
3. Conduct market research and analysis and executive strategic business development plans.
4. Responsible for planning and monitoring the sales budget.
5. Assess operational factors relating to competitiveness and construction trends in designated area.
6. Coordinate sales initiatives inclusive to tradeshows, sponsorships, corporate presentations and publicity.
7. Research and manage client information and analyze market trends and conditions and advise senior management on sales strategies.
8. Effectively obtain post-bid information through client feedback and project closeouts to increase client satisfaction and success rate.
9. Deliver sales presentations and materials to support expansion and growth of the Company services.
10. Coordinate the scheduling, production, and delivery of marketing materials.
11. Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
12. Prepare and maintain sales activity reports.
13. Liaise and attend meetings and functions necessary to perform duties which will contribute to further organizational development.
