David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a local manufacturing company, to recruit a Treasury & Credit Manager based in Regina. We are looking for someone motivated to kick start this new position within their finance team.

The Role:

Reports to the CFO and plans and directs financial planning, procurement and investment of funds and loans - short term and long term
Plan, monitor, control, measure and report on assets
Manage all insurance programs, including property and liability
Perform credit checks on customers, maintain banking relationships and monitor compliance of covenants  
Establish credit policies and procedures for new customers, credit lines and granting credit
Responsible for all cash and funds in terms of receipt, disbursement, banking, securities and reporting

The Ideal Candidate:

CA, CMA or CGA designation is required
5 or more years working within Treasury is required

Compensation:

Salary range anywhere from $70,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
