Prince Albert Housing Authority manages the programs and property management of 953 government assisted rental units within the city of Prince Albert. We are looking for an organized and experienced accounting professional to join our team as the Financial Services Manager.

What youll do:
assist the rest of the management team in the organization, control, and direction of the housing authoritys computer data processing, financial accounting systems, and internal controls;
provide budgetary and fiscal reporting;
direct and supervise the day to day operations of the front office staff;
maintain the accounting and property management systems

What were looking for:
experience working in a computerized environment;
knowledge of accounting software;
experience of the JDE system would be a definite asset;
superior presentation, verbal & written communication, team building, and interpersonal skills;
supervisory experience;
enthusiasm for continuing education and management training

What youll need:
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Commerce with a major in accounting;
Minimum of 3 years experience
