Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manger has overall responsibility for the planning and administration of the human resources program for Chip and Dale Homes Inc. The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible to the Executive Director and performs a range of duties that include, but are not limited to, the following key responsibilities:

Benefits Administration
Training and Development
Developing and maintaining Employee
Records
Oversee organizations Performance
Management system.
Employee Relations
Personnel Policies
Leave Management
Change Management
Discipline Administration
Professional Development
Administrative duties i.e. developing Job
descriptions, forms, reports, etc.
Employer Chair of the OH&S Committee
