Gregg's Home Services is looking for a bright, talented and hard working individual with a bubbly, friendly personality and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to think and respond quickly to customer requests. This position is very demanding as you are on the phone helping our customers with their concerns. You are the first impression our client receives, and we expect everyone to be great!
As a Client Care Representative you will be doing
Customer care, customer bookings and
data entry, to name a few!
We have an in-house trainer to help you reach your
true potential and assist with personal and
professional development.
What to expect:
- Answering multi-line telephone system
- Scheduling service calls for customers
- Receiving and issuing payments
- Data entry and work flow coordination
- Filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning
- Various other administrative duties as required
What we are looking for:
- You have an amazing personality and communication style
- You are super-organized and are a problem
solver
- You take pride in everything that you do, and
it shows
- You have worked with customers via the
telephone - either receptionist or call centre.
- You're not afraid to follow systems to ensure
success

Wage ranges start at $12.00 depending on
experience.
