Part Time Ticket Agents, Mosaic Stadium

Are you passionate about customer service?  Are you driven to paint Rider Nation green?  Do you want to be part of a Champion organization?  

If so, The Rider Ticket Office is seeking an individual like you who enjoys speaking to people, driving success, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service to Rider Nation!  

The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Inc. is a nonprofit organization that works to provide ongoing opportunities and growth to all employees.  In this role you would have the ability to influence the success of the Club and team by being an ambassador of our 100% message!   You will be given the opportunity to develop and improve your skills and abilities while working in an upbeat and positive environment.  You will also have the chance to work closely with knowledgeable and friendly individuals that will assist you in building your career.

The major responsibilities of this position are:
    Demonstrated professionalism and maturity in responding to customer issues and problem resolution
    1-2 years experience in a customer service focused business environment.
    Proficiency with e-commerce systems with accuracy and attention to detail
    Experience with debit/credit machines, handling cash payments and computer software including spreadsheets and databases
    Excellent organizational skills
    The ability to work as a team member or independently
    Proven communication skills
    The ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities in a fast paced, exciting work environment
    Available to work day shifts
    Available to work all game days
