SERVICE ADVISOR
RM AUTO GROUP
MEIDL HONDA - OAKWOOD NISSAN - INFINITI SASKATOON - MAINWAY MAZDA
Role of the Service Advisor:
- Ensure every client receives a high level of service and attention.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services to all clients.
- Write service work orders.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow and timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High customer service satisfaction expectations.
- Minimum 1-2 Years experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
