Does Clean Turn You On?
Lardners Trailers Sales needs to add to their staff of cleaner / detailers. We sell travel trailers and fifth wheels, both new and used. We pride ourselves on how clean our display units are, as well as when the customer picks up their new RV. If you hate dirt and like to work at a fast pace, Lardners might be the place for you. We realize the difference a clean RV makes to our customers and support that with one of the most professional RV cleaning facilities in Western Canada.
Cleaning / Detailing duties include cleaning the interior Recreation Vehicles, including steam cleaning carpets, dusting and washing, cleaning windows, kitchens and bathrooms, cargo compartments on both new and used RVs. Exterior cleaning of RVs with a variety of equipment; Enhancing the appearance of the RVs to increase their sale value by painting frames, hitches, etc; Addition and removal of decals, and minor cosmetic repairs. Some interior cleaning of our facilities will also be required.
Basic shop skills are an asset. While not a technical position, some training will be required, which we will provide.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own as well as with others, be able to take direction and see a job through with limited supervision. They will pay attention to detail as the small things get noticed. Good general health and physical ability are necessary.
While usually working a conventional five day week, we are a retail store so you will be expected to work some Saturdays but usually with a weekday off. To give our employees time with their families we are closed all three days of long weekends with the exception of Easter when we are open Saturday.
