Description

Argyle Park Housing Co-operative is a 60 unit family housing community.  We are currently hiring a Full-time Office Co-ordinator.  In this position you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the housing co-operative and for providing help and support to the co-operative members, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors.
To be happy and successful in this job you are a detail-oriented and organized person who likes to follow rules and policies.  You like to work with people and possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have a professional manner, good conflict resolution skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.   Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
General knowledge of Co-operative Housing would be an asset.
Ability to communicate with members of diverse backgrounds, abilities and ages.
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, discretion, sound judgement and confidentiality.
Liaison with government officials, contractors, etc.
Co-ordinate activities with maintenance personnel and maintain work order system;
Monthly housing charge calculations, collections of housing charges and bank deposits.
Monthly reports to board of directors and committees, attendance at board meetings.
