David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a large local public accounting firm, to recruit a Senior Manager in Tax based in Regina. We are looking for someone who is a trusted business advisor to deliver excellent client service and also be willing to build the client base.

The Role:

Provide tax consulting services to clients, corporate and personal, focusing on corporate tax provisions, tax consulting and tax planning and compliance issues
Understand how clients can grow and enhance their business
Provide a final review of your team's work
Powerful coach and motivator, develop and train staff
Participate in proposals and other business development efforts
Participate in networking functions

The Ideal Candidate:

CA, CMA or CGA designation is required
Completion of CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course is an asset
5 or more years advising clients on corporate tax issues, tax planning, provisions and compliance and personal tax situations
Strong corporate and personal tax skills
Strong coaching and supervisory skills
Exceptional tax consulting and compliance skills and delivering results to clients
Ability to take on a business development role to help build the business

Compensation:

Salary range is very lucrative and will depend on experience
