Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Asset Protection Manager to be based out of the Administration Office in Rosetown. This person would be responsible for overseeing Central Plains Co-op's safety and loss prevention programs.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
-Involvement in all areas of internal and external theft
-Coordinate safety and loss prevention training with Department Managers and the Human Resources Manager
-Protect the Co-op's assets to ensure we are a leader in loss prevention
-Oversee and support Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs at all locations and ensure OHS legislation and regulations are being met
-Coordinate and supervise internal safety audits of all locations
-To develop, implement and maintain a safety program for Central Plains Co-op with FCL safety personnel
We are looking for a strong leader with strong communication skills, organizational skills, initiative as well as a strong team player. Candidates must possess a positive ambitious attitude and have a valid Class 5 drivers license.
Previous experience in safety and loss prevention and/or education in this area will be considered an asset.
