Description

Klark's Trenching is a family owned business in Saskatoon which has been serving our customers since 1996. We are seeking an individual to fill our full time Bookkeeper/Office Manager position,
who has experience in computerized accounting, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Duties to include:
-Manage accounts payable & receivable
-Daily invoicing
-Payroll
-GST & payroll remittances
-Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
-Month end reporting
-Bank reconciliations
-Year end reports. T4's and T4 summaries
-General office administrative work including answering phones, typing of documents and filing.
We require someone who has some formal bookkeeping training and some experience in the above.
Ability to read and write English as well as to understand complex verbal and written instruction in English.
