Lac La Ronge Community Mobilization (LLRCM) has an exciting opportunity for the position of Hub Coordinator. Housed out of Kikinahk Friendship Centre, this position requires a dynamic and energetic individual ready to take this initiative to the next level!
Summary of Position:
The Lac La Ronge Community Mobilization (LLRCM) Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of LLRCM. The position is responsible for the engagement of local, provincial and federal partners as well as the ongoing implementation, management and leadership of the initiative. This position is also responsible for data collection and analysis, grant writing and reporting and the implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to Lac La Ronge Community Mobilization Hub and Steering Committee.
General Responsibilities:
Development of Community and Agency Engagement and Empowerment Strategies to maintain and grow the initiative;
Build key relationships with multi-jurisdictional partners;
Coordinate LLRCM including data collection and analysis;
Build sustainability of the initiative;
Position and lead initiatives related to systemic issues and advocacy; and,
Other duties as requested/assigned.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of service delivery in a northern context is required. A related post-secondary degree is considered an asset.
