Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Branch Manager on behalf of our client in Saskatoon.

As a leading supplier of building products, our client has operations across North America and is looking to invest in a strong sales professional accountable for leading the sales and customer service teams, aggressively gain market share and manage the day to day operations of the branch.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Branch Manager include;
- Branch operations which includes P&L management/reporting as well as leading, supporting and supervising the sales team, customer service administration team and warehouse operations.
- Review and approve all direct expenditures for the local branch.
- Ongoing training and development of staff.
- Develop a sales strategy by identify and driving new business opportunities in your target market.
- Direct sales activity in your defined product line to existing customer accounts, identifing new opportunities and increasing revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain industry and business relationships.
Key qualifications to be successful in this role include;
- The ideal candidate will have 3  5 years outside sales experience in the building supply industry.
- Proven sales experience with established relationships with the construction industry.
- Previous branch management or people supervision experience would be highly desirable.
